2010 Susan G. Komen Philadelphia 3-Day for the Cure
Help Ed Fight Cancer
I have recently registered for the Susan G. Komen 3-day, 60-mile walk in the fight against breast cancer. I am very excited to be participating in this cause, and is something I know I will never forget!
I feel it is a wonderful opportunity to help others as well as future generations. The Philadelphia walk is scheduled for October 15-17, 2010, and over the course of the next 7 months I will be training for it. My fundraising goal is $2,300 needed by the start of the walk. I am asking you to PLEASE help by donating in any way you can. All donations, large and small, are greatly appreciated. And please, pass this email on to friends, family, coworkers etc. that you think may be able to help as well. I am aware that money is tight for most in these times, but your donations are going to a great cause that can help save millions of lives.
All proceeds go to breast cancer research, education and community outreach programs. Nancy Brinker, CEO of the organization, promised her dying sister, Susan G. Komen, that she would do everything in her power to eradicate breast cancer. Since 1982, the Susan G. Komen foundation has raised 1.5 billion to fulfill its promise to save lives, empower people and search for a cure. It stands today as the largest source of non-profit funds dedicated to breast cancer research and awareness.

Starting a site similar to yours forced me to get into some research and I found your post to be particularly helpful. My site is centered around the idea curing cancer by stopping the angiogenic process. I wish you good luck with your research in the future and you can be sure I’ll be following it.
